PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENTS

Psychoeducational assessments range from approximately $1500-$3500 depending on complexity/length of assessment and report. Contact us for a quote.
EAP, Open Arms, ReturnToWorkSA & other insurance claims charged as per fee schedules. Clients are responsible for any accounts not approved under their claim.

REPORTS AND LETTERS

​All Fees for services above are payable in full by the end of the session (except when otherwise agreed).
​Rebates from Medicare and Private Health may be claimable on the day. Claims will be submitted to Medicare electronically and are generally received by clients within 24-48 hours.
A cancellation fee will be charged if sessions are cancelled with less than 2 working days' notice. NDIS cancellation rates (with less than 2 working days' notice) for all Mindful Pathways Psychologists are as per the current PB Price Guide (full fee for time booked). EAP, Open Arms, DVA, RTWSA, and other Insurance Claims cancellations (with less than 2 working days’ notice) are charged as per the current fee schedules. Where Mindful Pathways is unable to recover cancellation fees from any of the above or where a client is self-funding treatment, a fee of $90 will be charged to the client for cancellations with less than 2 working days' notice. Deposits are not refundable if initial appointments are missed or cancelled within 2 working days’ of the appointment time. If a client does not attend 3 consecutive scheduled appointments, they will be discharged from Mindful Pathways, and the Psychologist will prepare a closure letter to advise the GP of discharge (in cases where the client accessed treatment via a GP referral). Should the client then wish to re-engage in treatment, they will require a new intake and will be placed on the waitlist for further treatment.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Our offices are based upstairs at 35 Goodwood Road, Wayville. Limited visitor parking is available at the rear of the building, accessed via Davenport Lane (Parking Bays 9, 10 and 11). Alternatively, there is ample 2 hour street parking on Short Street, you can then walk down Davenport Lane to the rear of the building. Please enter through the rear of the building and proceed upstairs. Bus Stop 2 (East Side) Goodwood Road is also located immediately next to our clinic.
